Ph.D. in Philosophy by the University of Malaga (Spain). Professor of Ethic, Deontology and Bioethic at the University of La Sabana (Colombia), in the Faculties of Psychology, Nursing and Medicine. Co-founder of this Faculty of Medicine, as well as founder of the subject of Bioethic in undergraduate and postgraduate in the Faculty of Nursing. For the Institute for the Family of the same University, she founded the subject of Biofamily for the Virtual Master in Family Counseling and Family Program Management. She has been Co-author of the Law 266 of 1996 which regulates the Nursing profession in Colombia. She was also co-author of the Code of Ethic, the Guide for the Nursing Performance for the Colombian Association of Nursing Faculties ACOFAEN, while she represented the National Association of Nurses of Colombia ANEC. These are the most important nursing institutions in Colombia.
As Magistrate of the National Tribunal of Ethical Nursing, she worked in the last revision and approval of the Nursing Ethic Code (Law 911 of 2004 which regulates the Deontology responsibility for the exercise of the nursing profession in
Colombia). Author of several books and articles, most of them published in the journal Persona y Bioética, in which she worked for 11 years. Member of two research groups: Kheirón, Faculty of Medicine, University of La Sabana, and GIPECS, Faculty of Nursing, University of Antioquia. Peer evaluator of articles for several indexed journals by Colciencias. Co-founder of several Bioethic institutions and currently, President of one of these, the Colombian Ethic and Bioethic Foundation FUCEB.

I have published the works: Chronic Insomnia in Alcoholic Patients in Magazine National University of Colombia / Gender Identity Disorder in Journal of MedUNAB / Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder Adults in Liaison Notebooks / and I am currently working as a principal investigator in the project Clinical and sociodemographic characterization of children under 18 years of age of parents with stress disorder post-traumatic in a sample of military families in the city of Bogotá DC in the year 2018. The latter distinguished with the First place and Prize Founders of the best research project of the Colombian Association of
Psychiatry 2017. My current research area is stress disorder post-traumatic stress and how it influences the second generation. Member of the Colombian Association of Psychiatry of which I was elected
member of the board of directors for the years 2013 - 2017, being secretary of the same between 2013 - 2015. Course currently the second year of the sub specialization in child and adolescent psychiatry at the university Forest in Bogotá DC. I continue working linked to the public sector and private and I attend my private practice both in the city of Bogotá DC and in Valledupar - Cesar.

Jesús Manuel Culebras Fernández, MD, PhD

Jesús Manuel Culebras Fernández (Madrid 1946) is a Medical Doctor specialized in General Surgery and Digestive Apparatus. His main research has been in the area of artificial nutrition being the founder and President of Honor of the Spanish Society of Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition (SENPE) and founder and director for 35 years of the journal HOSPITAL NUTRITION, since it continues to occupy.

He has been head of the Surgery Department of the Hospital Universitario de León for 34 years. From the point of view of teaching, he has taught doctorate courses at the University of León and at the School of Nursing in the same city. He has been an honorary professor of the Autonomous University of Madrid and the University of Albacete, becoming professor of surgery in 2010. In research, he has collaborated with the Institute of Biomedicine (IBIOMED) of the University of Leon, having published as author or coauthor several Books and more than 160 original research works in surgery, artificial nutrition, intermediary metabolism, hepatology, body composition, surgical infection, surgical techniques and bibliometrics.

He has organized several congresses as secretary (Spanish Society of Digestive Apparatus, León 1982) or president: Spanish Society of Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition, (II Congress in 1995 and XIX Congress in 2003); Spanish Society of Nutrition (SEN) in 2003; Congresses of the Spanish Society of Surgical Research (SEIQ), in 1996 and2012 and the Congress of the European Society of Surgical Infection (SIS-E) in 2011 in León.

In the three years from 1989 to 1992 he led the European Research Project EUROPAN, funded by the European Community, with the participation of 42 international research groups. The EU published the technical report on the EUROPAN project in the book edited by C Baya, Biomedical and Health Research in 1994.

In 1992 he organized the First Spanish Hispanic Encounter of Artificial Nutrition in Barcelona.
